Port Symposium 2021 – Back to Normal?
12 October 2021 NewsletterUPDATE 19 November 2021: Physical participation is no longer possible. ONLINE only.
Welcome on board!
On Friday 26 November 2021 the 34th edition of the Port Symposium will take place. You can follow the symposium live online from the SS Rotterdam.
The theme of the current symposium is “Back to Normal?” but what should have been “Back to Normal” is still waiting. We are still wondering whether the COVID-19 pandemic is now at its end and what our lives will be like afterwards, and whether we will again be able to move freely outside our national borders. The plan was to go back in time with the Harbour Symposium by presenting it from the SS Rotterdam in the Port of Rotterdam both physically (“Normal”) and online. We enthusiastically embarked on this project which seemed to be a success, but unfortunately due to all the recent COVID developments we have taken the unavoidable decision to organise the Port Symposium exclusively online again this year.
You can of course still register for the online Portsysmposium. We have again succeeded in putting together a challenging and interesting programme for you. We hope you share our opinion and that we may welcome you.
The symposium is accredited by: LCR (doctors and nurses), ABAN (including NIV, CvAH, AbSg, NVAB), Quality Register V&V and Register of Healthcare Professionals, Nursing Specialists Register and NVDA (doctors’ assistants).
We look forward to seeing you on 26 November 2021
