Egypt – Suez Canal

The Corporate Travel Clinic was asked to equip and run the medical clinics on board of the accommodation barges of the Suez Canal-II project for a Dutch/Belgium dredging consortium. We also provided all necessary medical supplies, according to the guidelines of the Dutch Shipping Authorities.

The clinics were equipped and manned at the beginning of 2015 and run by staff from the Corporate Travel Clinic. They facilitated medical care for approximately 300-400 people. The clinics were classified as remote locations due to the lack of local healthcare and the size of the project.

Due to the tight timetable, the dredging of the Suez Canal II was worldwide considered as one of the most eye-catching and challenging dredging projects of the last years.
